Tell us a bit about your care home and your role. 

I am the manager of a supported living service, supporting adults with learning disabilities and brain injuries. It is a 3 bed bungalow and we support 3 gentlemen. I provide the day to day management, keep all paperwork up to date, ensure all shifts are covered on the rotas, manage appointments and all finances. 

Had you experienced any challenges with hygiene or care supplies before working with A1 Hygiene? 

I have only ever used A1 and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. 

What first stood out to you about A1 Hygiene? 

Only ever been here. The staff are fabulous and welcoming. I always recommend them. 

How has A1 Hygiene supported you? 

Very helpful with service users’ needs and if you want something they don’t stock they will get it for you. They always give great advice. 

What difference has this made? 

So easy. I don’t have to think of where to go for items. The girls will always help. 

Would you recommend A1 Hygiene to others? 

Do it, use them. You won’t be sorry.
