Can you tell us a little about your experience caring for your loved one? 

Sometimes it can be overwhelming caring for a loved one, not knowing where to turn or where I could get help from. 

What challenges did you face when choosing hygiene or continence products? 

I didn’t know anything about continence products or cleansing foams or shampoo. 

How did you first hear about A1 Hygiene? 

I was advised to go to A1 and what a place. The girls are so kind, respectful and helpful. 

How has A1 Hygiene helped you? 

The girls made sure I had the right products and if I was unsure of sizing they gave me samples to try, along with plenty of good advice. 

What difference has that support made? 

The products made a massive difference, but the girls helped with so much more. They are truly amazing, kind-hearted, supportive and always willing to help. They made me feel so much better about caring for a loved one. They even helped sort an issue with my phone, just going above and beyond. 

Would you recommend A1 Hygiene to other families? 

Go and see the girls in A1. You won’t be sorry you did. They can help with anything and everything and if they don’t have the answer they will find it for you. Such a lovely, friendly place in a difficult time.
